The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) fosters regional cooperation and supports European and Euro-Atlantic integration in South Eastern Europe. Its work focuses on economic and social development, energy and infrastructure, justice and home affairs, security cooperation, building human capital, and parliamentary cooperation.
