The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) was established in 1961 as a joint Ghana Government/United Nations (UN) special fund project. GIMPA is an educational community spread over four campuses (Accra, Tema, Kumasi and Takoradi) and made up four schools, four research centers, a clinic, a banking facility, 120-room student accommodation, 130-room executive conference centre, 3 libraries stocking over 5000 books, parking space for approximately 500 cars, parks and gardens
